This document governs the use of the site quantamapiar.com and the promotional B2B Business Intelligence services offered by Quantamapiar Business Intelligence S.A. de C.V., a Mexican company incorporated in 2018, with Tax ID QMA1806124K8.
1. Acceptance
Accessing and using the site implies the full acceptance of the present terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using it.
2. Object
The site offers commercial information about the Quantamapiar B2B analytics platform and enables a contact and subscription form. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer; services are formalized through a signed contract between the parties.
3. Permitted use
The use of the site for illegal purposes, reverse engineering, mass content extraction, the introduction of malicious code and any conduct that affects the availability or integrity of the service is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All content, brands, logos, texts, graphics and code are the property of Quantamapiar or its licensors and are protected by the Federal Copyright Law and the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property of Mexico.
5. Liability
Quantamapiar will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site nor for interruptions caused by fortuitous events or force majeure. The information presented is merely informative.
6. Privacy and data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice published on the site, in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
7. Modifications
Quantamapiar may update the present terms by publishing the current version on the site indicating the date.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. The parties expressly submit to the Competent Courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
