Quantamapiar Business Intelligence S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, «Quantamapiar»), with fiscal address at Av. Molière 310, 6th Floor, Col. Polanco II Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, CP 11560, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through quantamapiar.com, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and INAI Guidelines.
1. Personal data collected
We collect corporate identification and contact data: full name, corporate email, company, position, business phone and city. We neither request nor process special categories of personal data.
2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: to attend to your request for information about B2B Business Intelligence services, to contact you to schedule a consultation, to validate the ownership of the corporate email and to comply with applicable fiscal and commercial obligations in Mexico. Secondary purposes (opt-out): sending commercial communications, analytical bulletins and B2B sector market studies.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out under Articles 8, 15, 16 and 17 of the LFPDPPP, based on your express consent when submitting the subscription form and on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship requested.
4. Transfers
Your data may be transferred, without requiring your additional consent under the cases of Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, to competent authorities and to technology providers for cloud infrastructure, transactional email and CRM contracted by Quantamapiar under data processor agreements.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke consent, by writing to datos@quantamapiar.com. You must prove your identity and describe the request in accordance with Article 29 of the LFPDPPP. We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use first and third party cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You have granular controls in the consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2).
7. Retention
Data is retained while the commercial relationship persists or until you request its cancellation. Accounting records are retained for five years in accordance with the Federal Fiscal Code.
8. Changes to the notice
Any material modification will be published on this page with at least 15 days' notice and will include the update date.
